I love the month of May! The budding chartreuse leaves unfurling and the pop of spring color everywhere feels like a riotous celebration of LIFE beginning anew.
In my little corner of the universe, I’ve been nurturing vegetable seeds indoors (getting ready to plant them in my garden soon)… smiling at the happy buzz of the bees I’m tending with my father… taking long, meandering walks with my sweet doggos and dear friends… dreaming up what’s next in my offerings; expansion is arriving in unexpected and delightful ways… and learning the Sanskrit alphabet so I can chant with more confidence as I prepare to begin Level 2 Yoga Nidra in June. Life feels full in the best way possible.
I’ve been teaching weekly breathwork and deep rest classes at Yogi Union for three months now! We’ve considered this a soft launch phase as we learn what the community most needs and wants.
One of the things I love about Yogi Union is how we move with the seasonal cycles and meet people exactly where they are in their wellbeing journey.
The official Yogi Union Grand Opening Celebration is happening May 2–4. I’m teaching a short breathwork “sampler” on Saturday.
